Live, up close, and full of flavour – experience our Kitchen Party where great food comes to life. During our live cooking event with an open kitchen, the kitchen becomes the stage as our chefs prepare fresh, creative dishes before your eyes with passion and skill. On the first two evenings, unwind with a regional three-course dinner. On Saturday, enjoy our traditional Kitchen Party, featuring a relaxed atmosphere, great company, and a wide selection of culinary highlights to sample. An evening to discover, unwind, and indulge.

For the first time in our Kitchenparty this year: Join our exclusive Rossgoschen Gin-Workshop, perfect for anyone looking for a truly special experience. Distil your own gin and enjoy a guided tasting of a variety of Rossgoschen gin specialties. (Limited number of participants.)

Your Programme in Detail:

28. January:

Your room will be ready for you from 2:00 p.m., where a warm welcome and a bottle of mineral water await you.
In the afternoon, enjoy coffee and a selection of cakes while local storyteller Mr. Wiedenroth entertains you with fascinating stories and tales from the region.
The evening begins with a sparkling aperitif, followed by a carefully crafted three-course dinner, offering a refined culinary experience full of flavour and sophistication.

29. January:

Our Friday's Highlight - Rossgoschen Gin-Workshop: Join our exclusive Rossgoschen Gin Workshop, where you will distil your own gin and enjoy a guided tasting of a selection of Rossgoschen gin specialties.

30. January:

On Sunday, enjoy a leisurely breakfast and unwind in our Wellness Oasis.
Take advantage of a late check-out until 2:00 p.m., allowing you to end your stay at your own pace.
