Arrival & Departure
We look forward to welcoming you! Your room will be ready for you from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask that you vacate your room by 11:00 a.m.
Upon arrival, you will find our hotel entrance and reception on the side street Neuer Damm (2).
Please note: Our hotel does not have an elevator. We are, of course, happy to assist you with your luggage upon arrival and departure.
Family-Friendly

Children up to 5 years stay free of charge when sharing their parents’ bed.
We are happy to provide a baby cot for € 15.00 per night.
For an extra bed or a sofa bed, we charge € 30.00 per night.

Important Information
- Pets are not permitted in any area of our hotel, including the restaurant and garden. We sincerely thank you for your understanding.
The cultural and tourism tax charged by the municipality is € 1.50 per person per night and is not included in the room rate.
For the comfort of all guests, smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the hotel or on the balconies
A large complimentary parking area for guests is available directly across from the hotel.
