Your Route to a Relaxing Getaway
BY CAR:
Enter either Niemeyers Romantik Posthotel or Müden, Neuer Damm 2 into your navigation system. This is where the reception is located, allowing you to conveniently load and unload your luggage.
A7 from Hamburg / Bremen
If you are coming via the A7 from Hamburg, Bremen, or the south, we recommend leaving the motorway at Soltau-Süd and following the B3 towards Bergen. After about four kilometers, turn right towards Wietzendorf (bypass). Follow this road to the intersection, then go straight towards Reddingen. In Reddingen, turn left towards Reiningen. Drive through Reiningen and then turn right towards Poitzen / Müden. In Poitzen, turn right towards Müden. Drive straight ahead to reach the Posthotel. Please do not drive towards Faßberg.
A2 from Berlin / Braunschweig
Coming from Berlin, leave the A2 at the Braunschweig Nord exit and continue on the B4 towards Uelzen. You will pass through Meine, Gifhorn, and Groß Oesingen. In Sprakensehl, turn left towards Müden (approx. 30 km remaining). The route continues past Hagen, Weyhausen, Unterlüß, Oberohe, Gerdehaus, and Hankenbostel. Do not turn towards Faßberg; continue straight. Stay on the main road through Müden until you see the Posthotel on your right .
A2 from the Southwest
If you are arriving from the southwest, we recommend leaving the A2 at the Hannover West junction, switching to the A352 (motorway connector to the A7 towards Hamburg), and continuing on the A7 towards Hamburg. Exit at Soltau Süd and follow the B3 towards Bergen. After about four kilometers, turn right towards Wietzendorf (bypass). Follow this road to the intersection, go straight towards Reddingen, turn left towards Reiningen, continue through Reiningen, then turn right towards Poitzen / Müden. In Poitzen, turn right towards Müden and drive straight to the Posthotel. Please do not go towards Faßberg.
BY TRAIN:
The station in Unterlüß is 15 km from our hotel, on the line between Hamburg and Hannover. The Metronom stops here hourly. From Unterlüß, you can reach us by taxi or bus.
