Craft Fröbel stars with us, take a fragrant outing to the Röst&Bulle coffee roastery in Hermannsburg, enjoy classic and new board games, or go for a walk followed by spiced apple punch by the fire pit… Of course, we’ll spoil you with culinary delights—from a delicious breakfast buffet, to afternoon coffee and cake, multi-course dinners in the evenings, and even the unique kitchen party on Christmas Eve!

Your Christmas room is ready from 2:00 PM.
Afternoon coffee and cake buffet.
Entertaining game afternoon with Kerstin and Susann – discover new games or enjoy familiar classics.
In the evening, we welcome you with an aperitif, followed by a festive four-course dinner.

22nd December

Look forward to a cozy afternoon at Röst&Bulle in Hermannsburg and discover everything about this small yet exceptional coffee roastery in the heart of the Lüneburg Heath. Experience the art of coffee roasting up close with a live demonstration, including coffee and cake.
In the evening, enjoy a three-course dinner.

23rd December

Afternoon coffee and cake buffet
Experience “The Christmas Wonder Garden” and other mostly humorous stories and poems from past and present, read aloud by Hermann Wiedenroth
Later, Fröbel star crafting with Mrs. Stelter and Mrs. Niemeyer
In the evening, we will serve you to a four-course dinner

24th December – Christmas Eve

In the morning, enjoy a walk over the Wietzerberg
For lunch, we welcome you with spiced apple punch and stew by the fire pit
Afternoon coffee and cake buffet
In the evening, join us for our traditional Christmas Eve kitchen party. Enjoy appetizers, soups, fish and shellfish, game dishes, paired wines, and other beverages
A special surprise from Santa Claus

25th December - 1st Christmas Day

In the morning, enjoy free time. Visit the wildlife park, take a stroll around the Heidesee, or relax in the sauna area.
In the afternoon, gather for a delightful coffee and cake session.
Festive evening menu featuring crispy roast goose.

26th December - 2nd Christmas Day

After a leisurely breakfast, it’s time to pack your bags.
Check-out is relaxed until 2:00 PM.
