Immerse yourself in the world of Dr. Gerhard Bosselmann's heather gin. You will taste his home-distilled gins, which are now well-known beyond the boundaries of the heath.
Learn all about the development of his unique handcrafted creations, which reflect the diversity of our Heath in a very special way.
The evening is rounded off with a culinary dinner, which is also inspired by the diversity of our Lüneburg Heath.
We charge € 80.00 per person including gin tasting, mineral water and antipasti during the tasting, followed by a two-course menu.
