After your arrival, we will welcome you with an aperitif for your four-course menu and give you a taste of the heath.
On Saturday, after a revitalizing breakfast, you can explore the wonderful nature of the Lüneburg Heath on your own during an extended walk.
Then, in the evening, discover the world of Dr. Gerhard Bosselmann's heather gin. You will taste his home-distilled gins, which are now known beyond the region's borders.
Learn all about the development of his unique handcrafted creations, which reflect the diversity of our Heath in a very special way. Listen to myths, legends and stories and be fascinated by a world between the Celts and Lüneburg Heath.
The evening is completed with a culinary dinner, which is also inspired by the diversity of our Lüneburg Heath.
